Before doing The Meal Prep Co, Co-founder Jimmy owned a family BBQ restaurant in Poway Ca. During the 2020 Pandemic, we decided to bring back his award-winning ribs to raise money for pandemic relief.

We are excited to bring BBQ to all online ordering platforms.
THE MENU
Baby Back ribs are smoked for 12-15 hours above applewood using Jimmy's own dry rub blend of herbs and spices. Beef Brisket is smoked for 15-18
hours overnight.
